It encourages participants to break away from tradition by combining durian with a variety of ingredients and innovative techniques to select the most creative pastry chef. The judging panel consists of internationally renowned senior baking masters, who score based on multiple dimensions such as creativity, taste harmony, aesthetic refinement, hygiene, and technique. Judges will assess the contestants' creations according to the criteria set by the World Chef Association and will award the best contestants with trophies, medals, and cash prizes. Champion: Gold Medal + Trophy and 2000 yuan, Runner-up: Silver Medal + Trophy and 1000 yuan, Third Place: Bronze Medal + Trophy and 500 yuan.

2025 Asian Youth Baking Competition

The Asian Youth Baking Competition, referred to as the Asian Youth Competition, is an international baking competition certified by the World Federation of Chefs Associations (hereinafter referred to as the World Federation of Chefs' Societies) and the only professional baking competition in Shenzhen that has been officially certified by the World Chefs Federation. Focusing on the three elements of "Asia", "Youth" and "Baking", the competition aims to promote the development of the Asian youth baking industry, improve the ability of young bakers, stimulate their innovative spirit, and spread the concepts of food cognition, food cherishment, environmental protection and food safety, so as to further promote and inherit the baking culture.
