Association Visit: Guangdong Culinary Association
On Wednesday February 24, FHW China Organizing Committee and Guangdong Imported Food Association representatives came to visit Ms Yang Xiao Ping, the Deputy Secretary of Guangdong Culinary Association.
Ms Yang and FHW CHINA Committee representatives were very pleased to meet each other. The two sides were in a cordial conversation, knowing their current development status. Both sides hoped to find opportunities for cooperation, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. Ms Yang introduced Association since its establishment in 1987, a total of more than 300 member units, mostly technical personnel engaged in the catering industry senior culinary management. Association this year would strengthen the internal construction, including: country brand recheck; the formation of vegetarian Committee; the establishment of expert committee etc. Furthermore, the association also held a variety of cooking contest, food display activities. For example: "Lingnan Cantonese conference", "Guangdong Province food industry vocational skills competition"; "Liu Jiang Mingyan sinks Yangcheng dishes display activities etc.. Ms Yang said by means of current policy and economic condition, Guangzhou catering industry competition was increasingly intense. For long-term development, catering enterprises needed to find more high quality, affordable food, to create more attractive dishes. FHW CHINA aimed to introduce overseas high-quality food, provided high-quality supply for the majority of professional buyers, September exhibition will be a good opportunity for cooperation between the two sides. Also FHW China strategic partner -- Guangdong Imported Food Association, also hoped to joint activities of the organization, strengthen the interaction with each other attempts from the magazine interview, small tasting activities, and gradually create more opportunities for cooperation.
