March 16, FHW CHINA Committee and representatives of Guangdong Imported Food Association received invitation of Guangzhou Hotels Association (GZHA). Mr. Zheng Wei , director of Member Service Department was pleased to meet all representatives. Mr. Zheng introduced history of association. GZHA, founded in 1988, 2013 assessment by Guangzhou Commission for Social Organization, was nominated as, AAAAA level of Industry Association. By now, 296 members has already registered, covering Guangzhou all hotels. Garden Hotel is the president of the unit. GZHA upheld the spirit of "service members, service industry, and service government". For 26 years, GZHA had done a lot of work, such as organizing internal meetings and seminars, organizing training activities, hosting cooking, bartender, coffee and other culinary games. FHW CHINA Committee appreciated its 26 years of experience within support of members. As an obvious aspect of current economy is sustained slowdown, hotels in Guangzhou city also needed to develop new dishes, in order to attract more customers. Imported food and ingredients producer participated in FHW CHINA to open up the market. FHW CHINA enabled hotel procurement staff to achieve new ingredients in home other than travel around the world. FHW CHINA strategic partner, Guangdong Imported Food Association also suggested that the two sides could cooperate matchmaking activities. Mr. Zheng strongly agreed with the idea of cooperation between the two sides. He hoped to maintain close communication, in future to discuss details about cooperation.
