Chinese Purchasing Delegation’s Journey to Italy
TUTTOFOOD 15, organized by Fiera Milano Group, was held from May 3 to 6. It’s the first professional exhibition during Expo Milano 2015, with exhibition area up to 180,000 square meters. Boosted by the influence of the global event, TUTTOFOOD has become one of the top three food fairs in Europe.
As the most important exporting market in the world, China is a highly valued buying market for TUTTOFOOD. So the organizer entrusted its JV in China Worldex Fiera Milano Exhibitions (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. to select 45 companies as specially invited buyers to visit the fair and conduct face-to-fact negotiation with 2,800 food and beverage manufacturers. The Chinese purchasing delegation will choose appropriate kinds among the 7,000 exhibiting brands which are attractive to Chinese consumers to be introduced into China market.
Other than fair visit, the Chinese delegation were also arranged to visit local supermarkets on May 2 to get familiar with the dynamics of the local food industry. A business matching meeting between the Chinese delegation and Italian Food & Beverage SME Association was held on the night of May 3. And on the night of May 4, the Chinese buyers were invited to visit Expo Milano 2015 to personally experience the glamour of the grand global event.
